Inventory Sheet

- The inventory spreadsheet must be received 48 hours prior to items delivery. This will allow the shop to convert your inventory sheet into price tags which we will need to check in your items.

- Please confirm that we have received your inventory sheet.   Delays in the inventory sheet can result in lost items and mismatches in tagging, or even the shop being unable to sell your items.

​- The inventory sheet must be received in spreadsheet file format.  We can not accept PDF, scans/image files or hand written inventory sheets.

Item Intake 

- Consigning hours: 10 am to 1 pm, or by appointment. Bring the consignment goods to the shop during that time, or arrange for us to meet you outside of usual Faire hours.

- All inventory must be preceded by an inventory sheet submission.  See above.

- Inventory must be officially checked in by the shop.  Do not leave your inventory in our shop unattended and without ensuring that the staff have officially received your items. 

- Items left unattended and unacknowledged in our shop may be mistaken for store owned inventory and may be unrecoverable.  Items left in the shop without official check in could result in the forfeit of all proceeds from those items.

Item Condition

- Items must be clean and in wearable condition (for clothing items).  Items must be dry and free of mildew or other smells. 

- Please see what we can and can not sell for more guidance what to bring.

- Tobar Tinker's Pawn Shop reserves the right to refuse any item or all items from an any supplier for any reason.

Inventory Return

- Sellers must pick up any unsold items no later than the Monday following the close of Faire, unless a specific pick-up is arranged with Master Tobar beyond the end of faire.

- Any items left in or at the shop after the end of the season will become the property of Tobar Tinker's. We will NOT store items between seasons for sellers.

​

- Inventory return must be scheduled in advance.  

 

Seller Proceeds

​

-Prices of Items Sold: The Seller will receive 60% of the sale price of the items which sell.  Tobar Tinker will retain 40%.  Please refer the instructions for the inventory sheet when entering the proposed item pricing

 

- Unless otherwise agreed, you will receive your money on the Monday following the last weekend of faire.
 

- If arranged ahead, payments to you for goods already sold may be issued as often as once per weekend and will include all unpaid sales up to the close of business of the previous weekend.  Again, all payments are by appointment only to allow our staff to prepare your payment.

Proceeds for partial days or specific items can not be separated out.

Inventory Policies

- Holds: The pawn shop allows item holds.  Items on display for sale may be placed on hold for one weekend for prospective buyers. If the buyer does not return to purchase the item, it will be removed from hold and placed back on the shelves or racks for sale.

- Discounts: The pawn shop will not offer a discount on your items without prior agreement with the consigner.  No changes to the pricing of items will be done without your permission even if it seems that the item will not sell due to price in the shop.

- Partial Returns to Supplier:  Consigners may not remove any items from the shop without Master Tobar’s agreement and a formal removal of the item from inventory.   Removal of any items from shop mid season or without advance agreement may invalidate certain parts of the inventory return agreement.

- Damage and loss: We accept no liability for damage to items while on sale in the shop.  The shop will make every effort to care for your items, but this is a resale shop and items sometimes arrive with unexpected flaws or damage which can be difficult to identify initially.  Additionally, the pawn shop is an open air shop with minimal security.  Please bear this in mind when selecting items for resale.
