How to prepare the inventory Spreadsheet

On the On the coversheet tab, You will be asked to provide your real name, email address and phone number. If you have a faire name or nickname in regular use at faire please provide that as well. If you have a two character supplier code with that please add it, if not one will be selected for you.
On the inventory tab you will list your items as follows:
Index - This is the item number from 1 to 999. Please do not duplicate numbers or add extra characters. if you will be supplying more than on inventory sheet be careful not to re-use any index number across your sheets.

Supplier ID - Optional, This is the two Character indentifer unique to each supplier. If you don't have one, we will add it.

Item Name - One word that identifies the item type such as Pants, Dress, Skirt, Childs, Boots, Sword, etc

Description - very short descripton of the item color, size, condition, style, material or brand, do not repeat the item name (shirt, pants, etc) within the description. The item name and description to define the item.

Price - The full price recommended for each item. This is not the amount of $$ the seller will recieve. You, the seller, will recieve 60% of this value. You may leave this blank if you wish to provide only your seller proceeds requirements below.
Special notes on pricing, We will not change your recommended price even if it means your item will not sell due to pricing. if you are not sure about pricing, we can suggest pricing.

Supplier Proceeds - 60% of the full Price. You the seller may choose to complete this only this column and we will complete the price.
For example, if the seller proceeds are set to $6 then the full price will be set to $10.

If both columns are completed but with mathmatical errors between the tow, seller will be contacts but such errors may delay items being put out for sale.
